Potato Frank Casserole

This is a delicious, fast, and easy recipe that kids and most adults will love. My family loves it, and yours will too!

Makes 6 to 7 Servings

1 Package of your favorite franks (hotdogs)
6-7 cups Mashed potatoes
3 Slices of American cheese and/or Shredded Chedar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350º (or use a microwave).

Boil the hotdogs for 2 to 3 minutes if thawed, 5 to 7 minutes if frozen, or until done. Slice each frank into disks and spread on the bottom of a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Ensure that the mashed potatos are at least warm, if not hot. Spread them over the franks. Finally, add the cheese to the top. Bake until the cheese is melted, or heat in a microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Serve hot or cool 5 minutes if serving children.
