Lemon Grilled Chicken

Makes 2 Servings

2 4 oz. chicken breast portions
Lemon juice
2 tsp. Butter, melted
Paprika
Pepper

Soak chicken for 2 hours in lemon juice. Spread butter over chicken. Season with paprika and pepper and grill for 20 minutes, or until done. Flip the chicken every five minutes to cook evenly.

Tips

  • Soak the chicken in the refrigerator so that it does not cultivate harmful bacteria.
