I was really happy with how this picture turned
out. I think flowers are difficult to do, but I actually seem to do
them well.
I borrowed the idea for the background and the
vase from a picture of another painting. However, I thought the vase
should be much smaller since it only holds three bluebonnets.
For the Bluebonnets, I found a picture of one on a website (I think it
might have been a Texas A&M site. Whoop!)
